A Principal at Helms & Company, Inc. since July 1, 2018, Patrick Miller’s 30-plus year career has been primarily in healthcare and human services. He assumed his role of Executive Director of the New Hampshire Vaccine Association on September 1, 2018. He also serves as the Administrative Director for the Washington Vaccine Association.
During his career he has worked across sectors — private, non-profit, education, and government — at the intersection of strategy, operations, and policy. Patrick has worked extensively with public purchasers, community mental health centers, federally qualified health centers, hospitals, area agencies, insurance departments, health departments, higher education institutes, and multiple association groups supporting safety net providers.
Patrick currently serves on the board of Speare Memorial Hospital, and is a past board member, advisory board member, or trustee for the following organizations: New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute, New Hampshire Health Information Organization, New Hampshire Governor’s Advisory Board State Innovation Model, APCD Council, US Health and Human Services Multi-Payer Database Board, National Association of Health Data Organizations, New Hampshire Public Health Association, Carbon Coalition, Chocorua Lake Association, Chocorua Lake Conservation Association, New England Carbon Challenge, and United Way of Merrimack County.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, and his Master of Public Health from the University of New Hampshire Manchester.
Thomas Matney, MSA, ControllerThomas serves as Controller at Helms & Company, where he oversees the firm’s financial operations and supports a portfolio of clients with management accounting needs. He brings experience from roles in both manufacturing and consulting, and most recently served as a Senior Staff Accountant at Sabbow & Co., Inc. Thomas has a strong analytical foundation, with a long-standing interest in mathematics and its application to business decision-making.
Originally from the Northeast and having also lived in Colorado, Thomas recently relocated to New Hampshire. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring New England’s outdoors through camping, swimming, and hiking, as well as playing chess, cooking, and spending time with board games. Thomas is also a dedicated New York sports fan who follows the Jets and Rangers.

Victoria Bram serves as Client Support Lead at Helms & Company. Prior to Helms, Victoria worked in numerous sectors including non-profit management and fundraising, law firm administration and early childhood education. She has direct experience in bookkeeping, customer service, tax preparation, benefits administration, project management and program evaluation. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Smith College in Northampton, MA as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and an Accounting Certificate from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, NH. A native of Hopkinton, NH, Victoria enjoys cooking, walking, yard work and going to the farmer’s market with her family. She is a member of the Hopkinton's Select Board and Budget Committee.
